Leticia and Rafael Quintana are the owners of Desert Glass Products in Scottsdale, Arizona, and the creators of the glass sculptures offered through their company.  The most stunning piece within the collection is undoubtedly The Phoenix!  It is viewed by some as the outstretched wings of the Phoenix bird, while others see it as a splintered sun. 

Originally from Mexico, Letty and Rafael use traditional handcrafting methods, learned and practiced over the years, to create each item in their glass artwork collection.  With more than 30 years of experience each, they have the technique perfected.  Every shard of glass is cleaned, cut, polished and sculpted by hand, and—because they do not work with the limitations of machinery—every item is truly original.  It is the product of the talent within the hearts and hands of Letty and Rafael.
